Sometimes DHL is able to get a ground delivery going to the 3,4 or 5 day areas earlier than the map indicates. If your gift must arrive on the date requested only, and not a day earlier, please select air service (one or two day air). We will hold your order to ship so that it will arrive on the date you requested. We cannot refund delivery charges for any delivery that might possibly arrive early if ground service is selected.
If DHL ground service cannot get your package to the desired destination by the date needed, you will want to select Two Day or Next Day Air as a shipping method. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii must go by air and will take one extra day.
Your actual shipping cost, based on the weight of the product(s) and shipping method selected will be determined at the end of your order.
